Purpose-to-Product in Months · Using AI for Good

Build a course your
clients actually complete.

I help purpose-driven coaches turn their methodology into a client-success story by converting their course into an app — without the $50k price tag or waiting 18 months.

Who this is for

You have the Vision. Now you just need the right Vehicle.

You're self-directed, purpose-driven, and building something unique and niche that off-the-shelf tools can't deliver on. You want a working product — not a prototype, and not another course your students quit at module 3.

01

The Coach or Consultant

You've developed a proprietary methodology and need a tool that delivers it at scale — without you always in the room.

02

The Educator or Course Creator

Your content is solid but your students aren't finishing. You need more than a course platform — you need structure, checkpoints, and feedback loops that keep students coming back.

03

The Mission-focused Founder

Your app is an extension of a larger body of work — spiritual, educational, transformational. The tech should feel as intentional as the content it delivers.

Who this is not for

If you have an app idea but no proven methodology or audience behind it, or you’re looking for the cheapest option available — I'm not the person for you. I build results-focused, AI-enabled apps that turn your proven process into an app your clients actually want to come back to and get results from. I work with a small number of clients at a time and I'm selective about what I take on.

The completion problem

Numbers don't lie.

This isn't a content or quality problem. It's a personalization and accountability problem. And the data paints an obvious picture.

10–20%
Average online course completion rate

For every 100 people who sign up, 80–90 never reach the finish line. This has been true since MOOCs launched in 2012.

35–45%
Completion rate increase with AI-adaptive learning

AI-adaptive learning paths & personalization increase completion by 35–45% compared to static course formats.

70%+
Completion rate with coaching and structure built in

Programs with coaching and accountability built in see 70%+ completion — vs. 10–15% for self-paced programs left to chance.

The gap between a course and a vehicle isn't small. It's the difference between 10% and 70% completion. That's what an AI-native app — built around your methodology, with daily structure and personalized feedback loops — actually does.

Proof of work

Apps I've built and shipped.

Process

How I work.

No surprises, no scope creep, no time wasted.

01

Application

You fill out a simple form. I review it before we jump on a call. If we're not a fit, I'll say so — kindly and quickly.

02

Discovery call

45 minutes. You walk me through the problem, not just the solution. I ask targeted questions. We both decide if this is right.

03

Scope document

I write a detailed scope doc: every feature, every exclusion, every integration. You review and sign off. This becomes the contract.

04

Build with visibility

Weekly status updates. A shared tracker you can see at any time. Milestone demos on staging before anything touches prod. No silence.

05

UAT & launch

You test against a written script before we go live. I monitor the first hours post-launch. Final payment releases credentials and repo ownership.

06

Handoff & support window

Full documentation: README, env var guide, owner operations guide, and a Loom codebase walkthrough. 30-day bug fix window. Retainer available after that.

Rules of engagement

What you can expect.

Scope is the contract

Anything outside the signed scope doc is a change order. We agree on it, price it, and you approve it in writing before work starts.

Bugs vs. changes

A bug is when something doesn't work as scoped. A change is anything else. Bugs are fixed in the support window at no charge. Changes are always billed.

Your accounts, your infrastructure

Every service — Vercel, Supabase, Stripe — is under your email, your card, from day one. I'm invited as a collaborator. You are always the owner.

No hand-holding required

I work best with self-directed founders who can make decisions independently. If you need someone to guide every choice, we're not a match.

About
Founder of Purpose2Prod

I work with coaches to build products with a purpose.

I'm the brains and developer behind Purpose2Prod. I've spent years inside the gap between what coaches and educators want their students to achieve and what course platforms are able to deliver. Don't lose your students at module 3.

My background sits at the crossection of systems analysis, AI engineering, product design, and the transformational results coaching programs can offer. I've shipped AI-enabled apps end to end — with authentication, subscriptions, Stripe webhooks, personalization — with the same care that goes into a well-facilitated course or program.

I work with a small number of founders at a time to ensure we deliver a quality app your students will love to return. If your methodology works, together we can build the right vehicle to deliver it.
